Academic Accommodation for Students with Disabilities

UBC’s Okanagan campus is committed to the academic success of its students with disabilities. UBC's policy on academic accommodations for students with disabilities aims to:

  • Remove barriers and provide opportunities for academic success;
  • Provide equal access to University services, programs, and facilities;
  • Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all students;
  • Create a welcoming environment to foster active participation within the University community.

To determine what accommodations/services a student may be eligible for, please visit the Disability Resource Centre website and arrange to meet with an advisor: http://www.ubc.ca/okanagan/students/drc/contact.html .
