  • In addition to the Lashley and Mary Haggman Memorial Research Award Nomination Form, please submit the following (attached documents must be in 12-point Times New Roman font; single spaced; all margins set at a minimum of ¾“ or 1.87 cm):

    A one page letter composed by the student including: - a sentence stating they would like to be considered for the Lashley and Mary Haggman Memorial Research Award - an outline of proposed research. The letter must adhere to the formatting guidelines listed above.

    The student's CV should include scholarships and awards, contributions to research and publications, work, etc.
  • Max. file size: 12 MB.
    A one page letter composed by the student's Supervisor in support of the nomination, including a clear articulation of the excellence of the candidate according to the selection criteria: research ability and alignment with the objectives of the award (i.e. research on memory or memory-related issues) and experience and achievements obtained within and beyond academia (e.g. awards, academic record, extracurricular activity) Letter must adhere to the formatting guidelines listed above.
