One $3,050 prize has been endowed by Grant and Beryl Carnine to honour their son, Bryce Carnine. The prize is awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student in the Faculty of Health and Social Development at The University of British Columbia Okanagan who has conducted a research project or special initiative related in Oncology as it relates to the prevention and/or cure of cancer, or its relation to improving quality of life to cancer patients.

China Scholarship Council Doctoral Scholarships International Doctoral Incoming Students Open

Students must complete the CSC online application between March 10 and March 31, 2019 (Beijing Time zone). Graduate Programs must provide their CSC nominations to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies on Vancouver’s campus by March 28, 2019.

The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is a government agency in China which provides scholarships to students for doctoral and postdoctoral studies abroad. UBC has developed an agreement with the CSC and with specific Chinese universities to be a preferred host institution for CSC scholarship holders.
