Art Break

Learn and experience in a fun, relaxed atmosphere how creativity can be a path to wellness. It’s an opportunity to connect, experiment with different art materials while also taking care of ourselves. No art experience is required, just a willingness to discover what inspires you. Students need 2 sheets of regular white paper and a pencil or pen. It is optional, but students may also want to have something to colour with (markers, pencil crayons, etc.). This workshop is hosted by Health and Wellness at UBC Okanagan and is part of the Social and Cultural Awareness Credential.
