IGS Course Scheduling

In order for an IGS course to appear on a student's transcript, it must first be created by submitting the below form to the College of Graduate Studies.   Please provide a course outline with the form when submitting it to Graduate Studies.

IGS Course Scheduling Request Form

This form is used to request the creation of an Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies course.  Please provide a course outline with the form when submitting it to Graduate Studies.

BLACKBOARD CONNECT: If you are creating an IGS course which will be cross-listed with an undergraduate course, please contact  (elearning.ubco@ubc.ca) with the Centre for Teaching and Learning, otherwise your students will not have access to the Blackboard Connect materials.

These templates are provided for your convenience and include all standard elements of a UBC syllabus.  Failure to include required aspects of the syllabus will result in a scheduling delay.
